Internet Usage Monitoring Made Easy With Surfcop
Internet usage monitoring becomes essential in many businesses where the Internet is used a great deal. A solution for monitoring and controlling the usage of your company’s Internet connection helps to save money and optimize the way the Internet is used in commercial scenarios. It also helps to optimize productivity and helps you to make sure that the Internet is being used in the correct manner as well as keeping an eye on the amount of bandwidth that is being used. Using this software allows you not only to monitor the amount of Internet traffic that your company is using, but it also allows you to limit traffic and manage the amount of bandwidth that your employees use. Finally, you have the Management Console which allows you to administer the software and place any limitations or other controls that you require. This is an entirely separate component which can be installed separately from the other components of the software though it requires Microsoft ISA Server console to be installed as well. SurfCop also provides a number of unique features such as active directory support and close integration with the Microsoft ISA Server console. It is also compatible with both the Standard and Enterprise editions of the software. With multi-tier architecture, the program can also install its software components on a number of different computers, also allowing for remote administration from any machine on the network.
