How I can see vidoes from YouTube on my phone window mobile 5 mobile pda?

I've been trying to watch youtube videos on my phone that hs Windows Mobile 5, but the problem is that when I go on youtube and click a video that tells me I can see the video. Once they played the sound but not the image and happened about 25 oz is no program on my phone i need to download from my phone is a PDA too?
