Banner Stands – Help with Choosing One
Banner stands are one of the most affordable advertising tools a small business can own. This is especially true for trade show vendors as well as retail stores and more. Banner stands display a vinyl banner in such a way that it is highly attractive and professional looking. The best part is that they are a low cost investment that provides a great return.
When first taking a look into banner stands, you might be a little overwhelmed with the choices available. Before you consider the different varieties of banner stands, it is important to understand that they will, in essence, deliver the same end- a banner that is able to be displayed in an upright position. Overall, the differences are seen in the way the banner stand is assembled and the slight visual differences about them.
The most cost effective banner stand a company or individual can purchase is an X banner stand or an L banner stand. The stand names come directly from the way they look. This banner stand design helps to protect the vinyl banner when not in use. When the stand needs to be set up, the banner simply rolls out from the base and attaches to the top of a pole- it is that simple! The convenience and protection factor put retractable roll up stands at a higher price point than the X and L banner stands.
As with any product you purchase, the more features or convenience the product has, the more valuable it is. Another thing to consider with retractable roll up stands is the fact that they are more streamlined. Depending on the type of business the stand is being used for, a streamlined look might be a necessity. Types of niches that often time need a streamlined look include insurance companies, realtors, banks and other professional businesses. Often times retail spaces will opt for the retractable roll up variety because it is less intrusive, offering more walking space for their customers. For this same reason, double sided banner stands are also a popular choice.
Before jumping in and making an uninformed purchase, consider all the banner stand options. Some stands work better for certain business needs while others will work fine with any variety.
