A good diet pill for teenage girls?
I’m a 13 year old girl and am 140lb I need to lose weight for sports and overall self esteem but I have issues with swallowing large pills and need something without harsh side effects, fillers, and it needs to be inexpensive. please help SOS going to Hawaii in 2 months and hoping to lose 20 lb of pure fat not water weight and stupid stuff like that just fat. HELP!!!!
It sounds like you are waayyy too young to be taking diet pills. Im a teen also (17 years old) and what I personally do is eat healthy, exercise, and vitamins are the only pills I take. It isnt that healthly for you to be taking pills, and Im sorry, but there is no “quick fix” for unwanted weight(at least one that wont make you gain the weight back or some other thing) Just try and be healthier.
