Any Neurologists in the House?- Can electricity trigger a seizure in seizure prone adults?

I recently purchased an acupuncture pen. It uses Battery Power to send a low-grade electric wave into the acupuncture point, to simulate an acupuncture needle.

It really helps the tension, but I’ve recently discovered that I’m having more absence seizures since I’ve been using it. There is no warning label related to seizures, only pacemakers. Maybe it’s just a coincidence, that they became more frequent. That’s why I’m here asking you guys.

Does anyone here know if electricity can trigger a seizure?

Or maybe it’s more plausible that my condition simply grew worse.

I Have no idea, but have you ever tried a gluten free diet for your seizures? Many people find that it helps with their seizures.
