Houston Red Jersey : the Classic in the History of NBA
Whenever a new style of NBA shirt reveals itself, it opens a new page in the team history of NBA. l Have What Isla Fisher Having: While looking back to the development of shirts of Rockets, we could easily find that it is also the history of growing of Rockets.
The camp of Rockets was originally located in San Diego when it entered into the NBA in the 67-68season. San Diego Rockets was originally the green shirt Army, being green with yellow edge and yellow character, and its team’s name reflected the major industry of the San Diego city in the space-age of the United States. In 1971, investor from Texas team acquired Rockets and brought it to Houston, from which they began to use red and gold as main key which now are well known in every household. In 1972, Rockets jersey had some subtle change: the golden Houston word was replaced into white color, also the font to be italic, and in addition, added the team logo to the right side of the shorts. The jersey design with red alternating with white, being simple and generous, gave more jagged sense, making people feel the forge spirit of unity of the Rockets.
