How to dye my hair all one color if I have blonde streaks on top?
Okay so I have blonde highlights only on the top part of my head, not in all my hair. I want to dye my hair all one color again my hair is medium brown. I want to know what developer should I use and should I go with light brown or medium brown and what base ash, neutral and so on. And do I dye the part that is bleached first or last. I really need help and I can’t go to the salon cause I’m broke so I want to try to do it by myself. Just to let you all know this is not the first time I dye my hair by myself so I kind of know a little about dying. I just want to know what developer should I use a 10, a 20 or a 30.
